Its a reseller shared account. We be closing the account next month and moving to host gator.As for downtime, it would generally go down once a week about 2PM and stay down for an hour or two. The only reason I new it was from an email from Uptime Robot. I been using this monitoring system for a few weeks and it finally caught my site going down.Great post.
